School Executive Leadership Program (SELP) is designed for school administrators, principals, and policymakers in partnership with Finnish trainers. The participants will get acquainted with the Finnish education system, teacher education, principal education, and the key aspects that have led Finland to achieve globally recognized educational success in the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), Progress In International Reading Literacy Study(PIRLS), and Trends In International Mathematics And Science Study (TIMSS). ABOUT THE PROGRAM 1 The SELP program will primarily focus on daily educational practices, introductory lectures on the Finnish and Estonian school systems, visits to diverse training centers and schools, and hands-on pedagogical workshops. These visits allow participants to converse with educators, principals, administrators, and teachers, enabling them to inquire about teaching methodologies, practices, and the everyday challenges encountered in their professional roles.
PROGRAM COST
The customized twelve-day program will cover accommodation (double/shared room occupancy for twelve nights), breakfast, and lunch during five days of the training program, tuition, training materials, site visits, local transportation, and social events. The fee excludes the passport fee, VISA fee, airport transfer in Nepal, airfare, any cost for personal transportation, and incidental and additional stay at the hotel. The program cost includes:
