Virtual Training on Public-Private Partnerships

International Development Institute (lDl) is conducting a series of 10 virtual classes on the Public-Prvate Partnerships from October 25-Noveber 5, 2021.

Considering a very high number of applicants, IDI may decide to hold 2 different cohort’s and participants have a choice to pick one of the dates. Please enroll before all seats are reserved.

PPP Procurements and Management- 10 Days (2.5 hours a day)
Course will include theory, introduction to best practices, and hands-on activities. Participants
will be in a better position to be able to understand the full process of PPP selections and
procurement.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Describe a process for choosing PPP candidate projects that can help avoid future pitfalls
2. Describe how to avoid the common pitfalls in structuring PPP projects by properly
designing and adjudicating the contract
3. Evaluate key contract clauses to determine the best fit for the project
4. Understand best practices
5. Design a process for project management and implementation that can help avoid future contractual issues etc.
