The Program

Global Executive Leadership Program is designed for senior executives and leadership. The program is facilitated by leaders of IDI and Philip Consulting. The program focuses on the critical skills to lead your organization to success through a series of sessions in the classroom. The classroom sessions are designed to discuss a wide variety of concepts in leadership such as resilience, design thinking, disruptive technology and skills needed in the 21st century. IDI's faculties include academicians, trainers, diplomats, World Bank officials and others. The participants will also visit World Bank and the US Capitol.

Participants’ survey will be conducted approximately two weeks before the program start date so that all the participants’ expectations could be addressed and such topics could be incorporated in the program. A round table discussion focusing on issues identified by participants will conclude the program. The program is also committed to building network through its alumni.

Participation in this program requires that you arrive at all sessions on time and be fully engaged in all program instruction and discussions. We recommend that participants prepare to ask strategic and tactical questions daily of our faculty and during site visits. We insist on courtesy and respect to your classmates and faculty, and stress that the ultimate responsibility of maximizing this program for professional and personal growth is your own. Students are expected to attend all sessions in order to qualify for completion of the program at to receive a certificate of completion.

Leadership development begins with distinguishing leadership skills from leadership traits. While honing leadership skills, It is equally important to be strategic about it. Leaders need to grow and develop themselves as strategic leaders to continue to thrive and create results. In our program, participants will be exposed to techniques and practices to generate and communicate a vision, converting that to strategy and goals, which assists in reaching in vision.


A noble quality of a leader is leading by example. As an ethical leader, it is essential to walk the talk. Ethical leaders help establish a positive environment and relationships with its employees, staff, and followers. In this session, participants will be introduced to values, vision, voice, and virtue as a framework to advance the common good of employees, leaders, organizations, and the community.


With the rise of digital technologies, it has accelerated the pace of disruption in virtually every industry, and a new sense of uncertainty looms. In this session, participants will be exposed to immense opportunities disruption is creating and the tools to prosper during the age of digital disruption. Participants will also uncover the fundamentals of digital strategy, leadership, innovation, and integrated way of leading digital transformation.


In the time of crisis or conflict, the art of negotiation and persuasion is what separates leaders from others. It is one of the essential skill sets every leader should have. In this section of the training, participants will learn several negotiation styles, recognize to identify and develop alternatives that lead to a win-win solution.


Design for any product, service or offerings need to be human-centered. As a human- centric methodology, it puts the needs of the customers first rather than the future of the company or organization. This session will provide a framework for leaders to listen, learn, and then lead by placing the customer.


Mentoring is not just one way but a vital exchange that can help a leader develop and grow. But, today’s world is facing a big issue. There are many opportunities for talented leaders, but the challenge for the organization is to develop and mentor them. In this session, participants will learn about ways to mentor a new pool of leaders, succession plan, coaching, and guiding new leaders of tomorrows.

Cost of Attendance

USD $5000, which includes 6 nights at the hotel on shared basis, breakfast, lunch, and welcome and farewell dinner; as well as  all training fees and program materials. It does not include airfare, VISA processing fees and other personal expenses.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.

  3. IDI will refund 50% of deposits for all other cancellation requests with less  than  7  days prior to the scheduled course date.
  4. No-shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.
  5. All cancellations must be made in writing.
