Banking Executive Leadership Program for CEOs

14 September, 2020 Monday Washington DC, Metro Area

The Global CEO Leadership Program features applied research and peer-driven learning through exchanges among the top leaders, influential public policy makers, media opinion leaders, as well as foremost scholarly thought leaders for timely global business leadership challenges. The program will use design thinking to explore why senior executives are adopting this approach and how your company can make a crucial shift towards a design centric culture. Design Thinking is also a compelling approach to product development and innovation.

Design Thinking Process

Understand------------- Innovation-------------Prototype

CEOs and executives are seeking accessible ways to understand and deploy Design Thinking within their organizations. They want methods that bridge the gap between the theory of Design Thinking and its practical application to solving business problems. Our program provides a straightforward, repeatable roadmap for a design-driven process that individuals and teams can use to create more human-centric (and, therefore, more effective) products and services. Many companies have undertaken large-scale, top-to-bottom efforts to transform themselves into design-centric organizations. These are substantial efforts from a resourcing perspective; and, for many, this kind of transformation is impractical. The good news is that Design Thinking is scalable; it can be applied at the team or product level just as easily as at the highest levels of the organization.

IDI’s CEO’s leadership program equips you with the knowledge, skills, and contacts you need to successfully fill the top role.

The program will highlight international best practices and will provide an opportunity to observe and interact with leaders from number of industries.
